Terms and Conditions for Paper N co.
- Artwork Submission: All artwork must be submitted in PDF, AI, EPS or SVG formats at 300dpi or higher resolution. Artwork must be provided to the required size of the product. Paper and Co will not be responsible for any low resolution or incorrect sizes. Clients must ensure that the artwork is free from any copyright or trademark infringements.
- Proof Approval: Prior to production, all clients will receive an artwork proof, which must be approved before production begins. Lead times quoted will begin from the date of approval. Clients are permitted two artwork amendments from the first artwork provision. Additional changes will incur a surcharge. All artwork is strictly for personal use and not transferable.
- Payment: A 50% deposit is required before commencement of any bespoke design work. Full payment is required before any product is dispatched. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Any cancellation of orders will be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Shipping and Handling: We make every effort to produce, pack, and send products well before the deadline or event date to ensure timely delivery. However, we cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping through our courier networks. We use reliable and reputable handlers, but exact delivery times are beyond our control. We are always happy to assist with tracking your items and calling the couriers to obtain more information about your parcel. For interstate customers, please allow additional time from the quoted time frames to account for any potential delays.
- Liability: Paper and Co will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from the use or inability to use any of our products or services. We will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profits or contracts, loss of business or goodwill.
By placing an order with Paper and Co, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Paper and Co is located.
